Candy Cane Blossoms
Bake 8 – 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned and cookies are
set. (The cookies will look somewhat undercooked. That is supposed to happen.)
Remove from oven; cool 2 to 3 minutes before pressing candy piece into the
center of each cookie. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
Cool completely.
This recipe makes approximately 35 cookies.
