This Saturday, Feb. 20 at Coginchaug Regional High School the girls basketball team will play Westbrook in their first game of the Shoreline conference playoffs. Coming off a win last night against Haddam-Killingworth, the girls remain the 4th seed with a record of 13-7. Westbrook is the 5th seed at 11-8; they are currently on a three-game losing streak. During the regular season, Coginchaug defeated Westbrook 46-34. With only one injury affecting the Coginchaug girls, they’re still a very healthy team and will be giving it their all Saturday. Come out and support the Lady Devils on the home court as they shoot for the championship title.
