**Official Philadelphia Cream Cheese Cheesecake Recipe**

  • Cheesecake Filling 
    • 4 pkgs Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)(*must be Philadelphia*) 
    • 4 large eggs 
    • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar 
    • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract 
  • Graham Cracker Crust 
    • 1/3 cup melted butter 
    • 3 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
    • 1-½ Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • Supplies needed
    • 9 in springform pan
    • Tin foil 
    • Stand Mixer (optional) 
    • Cooking spray

 

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit 
  2. Spray the springform pan with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Mix graham crackers, melted butter, and the 3 Tbsp of sugar in a bowl
  4. Press graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the springform pan making sure that the mixture is evenly distributed along the bottom of the pan 
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until fully blended
  6. Add the four eggs, one at a time, and mix on low speed
  7. After everything is fully blended together, pour the mixture over the crust
  8. Bake for 55 minutes or until center is almost set
  9. Let the cheesecake set before removing the rim of the pan and then refrigerate for4 hours
