**Official Philadelphia Cream Cheese Cheesecake Recipe**
- Cheesecake Filling
- 4 pkgs Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)(*must be Philadelphia*)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- Graham Cracker Crust
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
- 1-½ Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- Supplies needed
- 9 in springform pan
- Tin foil
- Stand Mixer (optional)
- Cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit
- Spray the springform pan with non-stick cooking spray
- Mix graham crackers, melted butter, and the 3 Tbsp of sugar in a bowl
- Press graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the springform pan making sure that the mixture is evenly distributed along the bottom of the pan
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until fully blended
- Add the four eggs, one at a time, and mix on low speed
- After everything is fully blended together, pour the mixture over the crust
- Bake for 55 minutes or until center is almost set
