On Thursday, Feb. 21, the boys basketball team played in their senior night game against Old Saybrook. Seniors Justin Penney, Chris Onofrio, Del Cade, Derek Grant, and Devon Geoghegan were recognized for their four years on the team before the start of the game. Justin Penney scored a game high of 27 points, including three three-pointers. Onofrio, Tyler Garretson, and Geoghegan each had six points. The final score of the game was 62-49, Coginchaug, which advanced their record to 5-14.
