Chocolate Banana Bites

Ingredients:
- 3 bananas (sliced)
- ¼ cup of peanut butter
- 1 package of dark chocolate chips
- 2 tsp. of coconut oil
Steps:
- Slice the bananas into rounds about ¼ inch thick
- Put down parchment paper onto a freezer-safe tray or plate
- Spread peanut butter onto one banana slice and take another slice and put it on top; it should look like a banana sandwich
- Do this until all your banana slices are used
- Place the banana bites into the freezer for 20 minutes so they can harden a bit
- Place a handful of the dark chocolate chips and 2 tsp of coconut oil into a bowl, and put it in the microwave for one minute
- Stir the mixture, and put it in the microwave for another 30 seconds
- Continue microwaving for 30 seconds at a time until the chocolate is melted through
- Take out your banana bites from the freezer and begin dipping half the bite into the chocolate and place it back on the tray
- Place the bites back into the freezer for 15 minutes
- Take the banana bites out and enjoy

Zucchini Pizza Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini
- One package of sliced mozzarella
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- Garlic powder
- Canola oil
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Slice the zucchini into rounds about a ½ inch thick
- Place parchment paper down onto a tray
- Place the zucchini slices onto the tray
- Brush canola oil or any cooking oil onto the slices of zucchini
- Sprinkle garlic powder on all the zucchini slices
- Place the tray of zucchini into the oven for 5 minutes
- Take out the tray of zucchini and begin putting a small amount of sauce onto each zucchini slice
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella onto each slice of zucchini
- Place the tray into the oven for 6 minutes
- Take out the tray and let the slices cool for about 2 minutes
- Enjoy
Strawberry Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:
- 3 small containers of vanilla yogurt or low fat yogurt
- 5 strawberries, cleaned and sliced
- 3 strawberries pureed
- 8” Baking pan
- Wax paper
Steps:
- Wash all the strawberries and slice off the stems
- Mix 3 strawberries to puree them
- Mix the puree with your yogurt until it becomes a pink color
- Lay a piece of wax paper onto the pan
- Spread the yogurt mixture onto the wax paper
- Slice the rest of your strawberries and place them all on top of your yogurt; spread them out
- Place the pan into the freezer for at least 4 hours
- Take the pan out and break the yogurt into pieces and enjoy
