The Lyman Hall/Haddam-Killingworth/Coginchaug hockey team officially begins on Dec. 5, with their first practice at 9:40 p.m. Many do not see the amount of work these student-athletes put into preparing for the season. They get on the ice as much as they can, practicing early mornings or late at night. According to freshman Kyle Robert’s he and the team are “excited to begin working hard before the first game”. The Coginchaug players are excited to begin their season with their first scrimmage on Dec. 9 against Staples/Weston/Shelton.
