Ingredients:
- 22 ounces white chocolate chips
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 teaspoons coconut oil (1 ½ for melting white chocolate and 1 ½ for melting semi-sweet chocolate)
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 6 regular size candy canes, crushed
Remember to melt the chocolate at intervals of 30 seconds to avoid scorching/burning the chocolate.
