The Golden Globes Awards- Sunday Jan. 11

Amy Poehler and Tina Fey hosted the 2015 Golden Globes Awards.

Let’s take a look at the Best and Worst Dressed Celebs at the 2015 Golden Globes Awards.

Best Dressed:

Amy Poehler- The ruching and short train create the perfect combination of ‘classy and fabulous’. LOVE the color.

Emma Stone- Hello, beautiful! The sleek black pants paired with the dazzling silver top create a very chic jumpsuit. The bow adds an unexpected twist to the outfit, making it a bit more stylish.

Chrissy Teigen- This dress is gorgeous and really accentuates  her figure. At first I thought that the  almost-see-thru fabric was a bit too risqué, but after looking at the dress again, I actually like the way the different patterns blend together.

Katherine Heigl- Her blonde hair with the navy blue dress is a stunning combination. I love that the fishtail style was modified by adding the train. Classic, yet beautiful.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus- This is a fabulous dress that makes her look like a Greek goddess. All she needs are aviator sandals, and she’s all set to star in a Greek myth!

Heidi Klum- Well, aren’t we ‘red hot’ Ms. Klum. LOVE the one shoulder style and short chiffon train. She can definitely pull off bright red!

Lupita Nyong’o- This is the perfect color for her. I love the way the purple on the skirt sort of resembles falling petals. The top has a lot going on, but she can definitely pull this look off.

Worst Dressed:

Claire Danes- Where do I start… well first of all, the top of the dress is too big for her frame. Secondly, the skirt kind of resembles peacock feathers but not in a good way. Lastly, there’s just too much going on; when dressing for a formal event, it’s better to go with a more simple, classic look.

Kerry Washington- This dress is a pretty color but resembles something that would be worn in the dark ages. Perhaps she borrowed it from Queen Elizabeth…

Tina Fey- Hot air balloon or tent? I can’t decide… either way, this style is all wrong.

Keira Knightley- It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s a… dress? Does she own a mirror? This is horrible. The color, the feathers and butterflies, the style–it’s just plain ugly. The ruffles makes it look like she’s wearing the pantaloons that ladies wore in the 19th century.

Lena Dunham- This color completely washes her out, and the dress gives her an unnatural shape. The neckline is nice, but a touch of lace or sparkle would be nice.

Felicity Jones- The color is appealing, but the dress style needs help. I do like the ballgown-esque skirt, but the top is too conservative; a v-neck or sweetheart neckline would greatly improve the dress.

Lana Del Rey– The color matches her bright spirit, but the style is a bit too juvenile for her. I would’ve liked to see her in a more mature style with her hair in a nice up-do  instead of sprawling all over the place.
